I had been searching for a good spa near me in Abuja for a while and finally booked a deep tissue massage at Shosho Beauty Spa and Body Works in Utako. The spa is inside Abraham Plaza, easy to find from Wuse 2, and there was free parking, which made the visit stress free. From the moment I arrived the reception was warm and the place was spotless. Before starting, They explained exactly what the treatment would involve and asked where I was holding tension, which I appreciated. The massage itself was [firm and focused on my shoulders and lower back, with warm oils, and I walked out feeling lighter than I had in months. I also had the steam bath afterwards, which was the perfect finish. Prices were fair for the quality, and they have their own skincare products, so I picked up the face cream to use at home. If you are in Utako, Jabi, Gwarinpa or anywhere in Abuja and looking for a massage near me that actually delivers, this is the place. Booking ahead by WhatsApp was quick and I already have my next appointment set.

It was a great experience! I left there feeling light and refreshed. Shosho is very skillful in her trade; she brings both academic and technical skills to the table. Her communication skills are also excellent. I recommend and will surely patronize her again.

My experience, hmmm. I was introduced to this spa by a friend and colleague about two years ago. On the first day of my visit, I felt like I had known the spa for over ten years; the warm reception, the clean environment, the Yaani music playing at the background, and the gentle touch on my face made a difference. For the past two years, I go all the way from Maitama to Utako just to be attended to. Shosho is not just my therapist but now my friend and sister. May God bless your resilience, dedication and commitment. You are one out of a million.

Shosho's concepts is a place I go to for my body care routine treatments. The facials and body scrub most especially leaves my skin and face feeling so good then the compliments I receive from time to time makes me truly understand that self care is really self respect!
