Visiting Shosho Beauty Spa

On arrival you will be greeted and taken through the treatment you have booked. Your therapist explains each step beforehand, from the products used in a facial to the pressure applied in a deep tissue massage, so there are no surprises. Ask any question before or during your visit, and tell us about skin concerns, sensitivities or areas of pain so the treatment can be adjusted for you.

Before Your Treatment

Arrive with clean skin for a facial and avoid heavy makeup. For massage and body treatments, drink water beforehand and let us know if you are pregnant or managing an injury. For waxing, hair should have grown a little since your last shave so the wax can grip it. If you use prescription skincare, mention it during your consultation.

After Your Treatment

Clients often leave feeling light and refreshed, and results from facials, scrubs and polishes continue to improve over the following days. We recommend drinking plenty of water after a massage or detox, protecting freshly treated skin from the sun with our face cream with SPF, and continuing care at home with products from the Shosho skincare line.
