Hydrotherapy at Shosho Beauty Spa and Body Works is a water based therapeutic treatment used to relax muscles and improve circulation, complementing the spa’s massage and detox services. It is one of the services listed on our Google Business Profile alongside body steaming, infrared sauna and float therapy.
The treatment takes place at our spa at Abraham Plaza, Utako, for women and men.
Water, Warmth and Circulation
Warm water relaxes the muscles and stimulates blood flow, which is why hydrotherapy is booked before a massage or as the start of a detox session. Combined with the steam bath and the sauna on site, it forms a full water and heat circuit that leaves the body loose and calm.
